Cancellation Policy
Walks, transport, drop-ins & adventures must be canceled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Notice must be given by messaging on Time To Pet. Failure to cancel with 48 hours notice will result in a 25% charge of service rate. Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours of service will result in a 100% charge for service.

Live-in-care must be canceled 7 days prior to services. Failure to cancel in the aforementioned timeline will result in a $200 penalty or full payment of service booking, whichever is less.

Any adjustments to your service booking should be made with as much notice as possible.
Communication Policy
Communication using our secure software application (Time To Pet) is required. This ensures ease and clarity when communicating. Absolutely no text messages. This allows our staff to enjoy a quality balance between work and personal time. Phone calls to the main line (780-512-1510) are welcome during business hours.

Clients who are actively being served (live-in-care or multi day drop-in services) are entitled to 24/7 communication using Time To Pet.
Business Hours
Business Hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am - 4pm. Calls and messages outside of these hours will be addressed at our earliest convenience during the above stated business hours.

Clients who are currently away from home with active drop-in services or live-in-care have 24/7 access during the time in which we are providing care to their home & animals.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important.
-Maintaining the security, integrity and accessibility of your data is a key part of the software we use (Time To Pet).Time To Pet takes significant steps to ensure that your data is protected. This includes data encryption, an automated backup integration with Dropbox and advanced servers.
-All of your information is private and only accessible to assigned staff members.
-When photos of your animals are posted on social media, we take intentional care to never include your personal photographs or information in the background.
