When you book your first service,
coffee is on us!
Complimentary meetings are available prior to beginning services with us. They are an opportunity for us to meet you and your animals. We take advantage of this time together to start building a foundation of trust and familiarize ourselves with your animals routine. We are happy to address any specific questions or concerns you may have. Complimentary meetings are reserved for current clients in good standing and approved new client with upcoming services scheduled.
How meetings work:
We come to your home at a predetermined date & time.
First things first, let's chat while your animals become familiar with us. We allow the animals to come to us. We do not acknowledge but are also not offended by poor manners. - poor manners perceived by humans may be totally normal and acceptable by animal standards.
Canine adventure client meetings are scheduled one hour prior to our first adventure. This ensures canines are comfortable when leaving with us for the first time.
Meetings are casual and vary in length up to a maximum meeting time of 1 hour.
